What is the origin of your pads? +

Lovio products are manufactured in Malaysia by a certified company with extensive experience in producing feminine products. They have been in the industry for many decades and possess profound expertise in their field.

From where do you source your ingredients? +

The silk material used in our products is sourced solely from advanced technology in China, while the adhesive glue is obtained from Malaysia. The final product is compressed and packaged by a manufacturer in Malaysia that holds certifications from SGS, CE, and FDA.

What is the duration for which the product remains viable? +

Like other pads, our product has a shelf life of 3 years from the date of manufacturing. You can locate this information at the bottom of our product packaging.

Can you provide me with any samples that you can send? +

We offer complimentary samples that you can obtain from our website without any cost.

Orders and Subscription

Could you please explain the process of subscribing? +

To begin, choose the desired items and determine the preferred frequency of receiving them. Our subscription plan covers a period of 6 months, with deliveries scheduled monthly. Next, include the selected products in your cart. Lastly, input your shipping and billing information. There you have it! Your feminine care routine has become more convenient than ever before!

Will my subscription be automatically renewed? +

Indeed, your subscription will be automatically renewed in accordance with your initial preferences. The delivery of your subscription will occur on the 15th of each month. Nevertheless, if you wish to modify the delivery date, please feel free to contact us via email at lovio.grouphq@gmail.com.

Am I able to modify my subscription? +

We apologize for the inconvenience, but it is currently not possible to modify your subscription. However, if you wish to cancel your subscription, please don't hesitate to email us at lovio.grouphq@gmail.com. We are eager to assist you!

When can I expect to receive my products? +

We process and ship out orders daily. Once your product has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number to the email address linked to your subscription.

Typically, delivery to your doorstep takes around 7 working days, depending on the performance of our courier service. However, please be aware that there may be delays due to factors beyond our control, which can affect the delivery timeline.

What is the packaging process for your products during shipping? +

Our products are carefully packaged and securely sealed to protect them from both moisture and unwanted handling.

I received an empty or damaged parcel! +

We sincerely apologize if your package arrived damaged. Although we have limited control over the handling of our shipments once they leave our fulfillment center, we rely on our shipping carrier to ensure a successful delivery. It is disheartening for us to hear when this expectation is not met, and we will promptly inform our courier's representative to address this issue.
