Orders are handled within 2-3 days, excluding weekends and holidays, from the shipment date shown on the product page, if any. Depending on your delivery address, your item will be delivered in 2-3 business days after it has been processed. All orders are sent from our Puncak Alam, Selangor, warehouse.
We will be utilizing Ninja Van as our courier service throughout Malaysia.
Returns
All sales are final, and we are unable to accept refunds due to a change of heart. In the unlikely event that you do receive a damaged item, kindly notify us so we can replace it for you. If you would want us to help you with the replacement, e-mail us at lovio.grouphq@gmail.com.
Only goods in their original packaging are eligible for replacement.
